What Candidleaf does

It prepares job-application material from the information you provide and helps you fill in application forms. It drafts; you decide. You review every draft and submit every application yourself.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about yourself, and check every draft before you use it. You are responsible for what you submit to employers.
Keep your password and devices secure, and use the service only for your own job search.
Don't misuse it: no automated mass applications, scraping, attempts to break security, or content you don't have the right to use.

AI-generated content

Drafts are generated with AI and checked automatically against your profile, but no check is perfect. Always read what you send. We never knowingly add experience you don't have.

Accounts and payment

Accounts are by invitation or paid signup. If you pay, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Candidleaf available and secure, but it is provided as is. We can't guarantee interviews or job offers. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version here and tell you by email of any significant change.
